Miracle House (IRE)

8-y-o (01 Jan 04, Bay Gelding)

Sire: Carroll House | Dam: Mum’s Miracle (IRE)

One of Tim’s specialities is getting horses from other yards, that haven’t performed as well as they may have done and getting them winning races for him.

Miracle House falls into this category with an Irish rating of 102, and Tim and ourselves are extremely confident that he will win us races. He has plenty of stamina and 2.5 to 3 miles seem s to be his forte.

Again, the best thing for us to do is compare our boy to two other horses with similar backgrounds brought over from Ireland by Tim:

Firstly, Fennis Boy, another 8yo, who was brought over in 2011, with just 1 win from 23 starts in Ireland. His Irish rating was 106 which equated to 118 in GB on his first race at Worcester. Since September, he has ran 4 times for Tim, coming 2nd twice and winning his other two races at Kempton & Market Rasen. In doing so, he has earned over # 8,000 of prize money in just 4 races for his new owner.

Dead or Alive (9yo), was another similar horse that hadn’t won under rules in Ireland in 16 starts – in his 19 starts for Tim he has won 5 and been placed 5 times!

Back to Miracle House – He is currently in training and he will be ready to go Novice Hurdling from 1 March 2012, and then hopefully chasing for 2012/13. One thing is for sure, it is our intention to have him out racing on a regular basis, so we should have plenty of fun with him!
